Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery method is UPS, Fed-Ex or Spee-Dee Delivery.  For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your item in 5-12 business days of placing your order.  Customized items that include logos and/or other personalization may take up to three to six weeks from the time the order is placed.

Our delivery charges are calculated using direct costs from the companies listed above.

Security

Security of your personal and financial information is of the utmost concern to us.  When your credit card information is transmitted to us, we use industry standard, 3.0 SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to ensure the security of your information.  It is also our policy to never store your credit card information within our system; we simply authorize it and only retain the authorization number for final charges to be applied upon completion of the order.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor. This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Policy

Customers who buy products through Web2ink.com will be deemed to be customers of Spinutech, INC. Accordingly, all Spinutech, INC. rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.

Pricing

We will determine our pricing for products in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to review your order for accuracy in our pricing, and cannot guarantee the availability of price of any particular product. The pricing received via our shopping cart system is a fair indication of our current prices, but note that we reserve the right to make corrections at any time.

Returns

Should your item arrive damaged or incomplete, we will exchange it. The same applies if we deliver the incorrect item, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Just notify us as soon as possible so that we can schedule the exchange. All products returned or exchanged for reasons other than above are subject to restocking fees. All personalized products are non-returnable. All returns must be authorized by our staff. All returns are inspected and must be in brand new resaleable condition and in the original packaging. Any missing parts will void the return. For purchases made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. We do not issue store credit.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be permitted in cases where your order fulfillment/processing has not yet started. In most cases, order processing begins within the first 24 hours of your order. To speak with our staff about an order that you would like to cancel, and to determine if it's eligible, please contact us.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in fee schedules, payment procedures, and rules.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connecting with this Agreement or Web2ink.com, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We make no express or implied warranties of representations with respect to Web2ink.com or any products sold through Web2ink.com (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, no infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
